REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Scope of application
This refund policy applies to all ski equipment purchased on qilesen.com.
Refund application period
You must submit a refund application within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. Applications after this period will not be processed.
Refund conditions
a. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories and instructions attached.
b. Special promotional products and customized products are not refundable.
c. If there is a quality problem with the product or the wrong product is sent, the customer can apply for a full refund.
Refund process
d. Please submit a refund application through the customer service contact form on the website, provide the order number and the reason for the refund.
e. We will review the application within 3 working days after receiving it and send you a confirmation email.
f. After approval, please send the product back to the specified address.
g. After the product is returned, we will complete the refund within 7 working days and return the refund amount to your original payment account.
Shipping Issues
h. Unless there is a quality problem with the product, you need to bear the return shipping cost yourself.
i. If the wrong shipment is caused by us, the shipping cost will be borne by us.
Other Matters
j. Please make sure to keep the tracking number and mailing receipt when returning the product for easy reference.
k. If the refund application is not approved, the product will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
